  1. Instead of Daylight Savings, the world should simply grow up and take on Universal Time/Greenwich Time. Why everyone needs to wake at 8AM and dine at 6PM is an out-moded concept, anyhow. A simple, 0-24:00 system so its one time at a time would be very beneficial.
