I hadn’t thought of that but it probably is the Bijou. It’s not all that far away from Virginia Avenue. I wonder if Rush ever won the door prize.

I believe it was the first air-conditioned place in Bloomington/Normal.
BTW, in one script, Vic claims he played for the minor league team in Normal. I know there is an Independent League team there – not the same one, obviously. but still…
I enjoyed this episode very much. If you just posted once a week, there would be no problem with that. It would keep you fresh and make it easy to hear every episode.
