  2. Thanks for another great episode!
    I thought I would share my insight on those overpriced juices. The main reason why they are so expensive is that they are ‘cold pressed’. It means fruits and vegetables are crushed instead of meshed. This process prevents oxidisation so juice is as nutritious as it possibly can be. Regular juicers (centrifugal) spin so fast they produce heat which also isn’t good for the produce. Juice ingredients must me organic. This also bumps the price. You wouldn’t like to use non organic due to a high number of pesticides used.
