  1. I really don’t like cilantro (coriander) leaves, I use the (grinded) seeds (ketumbar in the Indonesian kitchen) all the time, completely different flavor.

  4. Manny , thanks for the on air review…Great Job…& by the way….Haute cuisine (French: literally “high cooking”) or grande cuisine was characterised by French cuisine in elaborate preparations and presentations .. haha
