ons1407_300 (2:54:44) Tributes!

Chad Bowers is in the house and takes us along to a Texas grocery store and gives small tributes (plus an interesting ‘look’ at a North Texas magazine section) .. Dave Duckert’s tribute is to his dad and a motorcycle .. Frank Edward Nora has a big tribute to 1982’s video games .. Doc Sleaze talks of obituaries and has a tribute to John Heard ..your host Jimbo has a couple of small tributes (to fast-food chain Arbys and another to a young Bill Idelson) – plus the Week in Review!

You’re all invited to be a part of next week’s show; you can tell us all what’s on your mind about the following topic: Disappearance

Please have your contributions sent to Jimbo by 🕖 7 pm EDT, August 21, 2017. If you know Jimbo’s e-mail address, send your contribution there. Otherwise, send your contributions to onsugcentral@gmail.com.

Thanks to Frank Edward Nora for allowing me to use and abuse his show art!

Si senior your pants are tore..

  3. Jimbo says:

I just realized that the “Si Senor” thing (that I quoted) is probably not known anywhere but my childhood neighborhood.

    The whole thing goes:

    Si Señor
    Your pants are tore!
    You better go home
    and get some more!

It was a fancy way to say, “Yes”.
