Just to be clear, when I referred to the ‘ending’ of “Detour”, I was referring to the phone scene, not the convoluted ending they made them tack on.

That Peter Tripp story is, well, trippy! Amazing what sleep deprivation can do.

Bit of a synchronicity: PQ, you used the expression “by hook or by crook” at one point. I used the same expression in a work meeting about a half hour before hearing you say it. That’s one that isn’t said very often, and I’m not even sure I’ve ever said it before myself! Just popped into my head.
I’d suggest we watch Manos: The Hands of Fate for a group movie review, but I like you guys and do not wish you any harm. 🙂 I do have a couple of real suggestions though, which I will email to PQ later today.
