Mark, my theory about the mainstream conspiracy media (Alex Jones, David Icke, etc.) is that they are sanctioned and guided by the “Powers That Be” as part of the overall method of maintaining control over the people of the world.
I think it’s clear to a lot of people that there’s something very wrong with our governments and religions and economic systems – and the conspiracy media causes these people to be diverted by asking all the wrong questions.
I do not know what the true intention behind all this control is. It could be benevolent or malevolent. So it’s hard to make any broader judgements on the situation.

I like to call the “powers that be” the “guys in the back of the grocery store” — like in the movie “Casino.”
