States are independent unions, only relating to the federal government through document which limits Federal powers interfering with rights of the States

The set up of the US government can be seen in the US flag

The blue field represents the presidents brain, the red stripes represent the death of states rights, the white fields represent the infinite which feeds our 3rd eye via Turkey breast and stuffing, and the stars are a dimensional space map guiding us home, as our union treks through time and space, fighting each other and the cylon menace.

The election of representatives is based on the electoral college, which is comprised of living World Series champions and living chairman from the office of Major League Baseball

Everything else they just kinda wing it.

That song will catch in your head and just won’t let go.
