I saw Wednesday that yes, North Carolina had put out a warning (it was by FEMA or some Fed Gov entity, I forget) about lizard people during the eclipse. Later, they changed the website saying to say it was all a joke.
I wonder when it began to be ok for federal websites to put out jokes in warnings?

It’s all a big joke until the Lizzard wizard shows up for tea and you have no flies to offer. Remember to protect your mind fuzz from retinal stimulation during the eclipse. Use your aluminum foil correctly. I want to go on record as saying that I don’t approve of the lizard people or their actions, but I do believe the Grays share in the blame. Just ask Bob.
