  1. Hi Frank,
Long time no speak! Thank you for posting this episode. I am enjoying it on this sleepless night as the night people often do. You shared some new and interesting news and updates. I also liked the regular and evergreen topics 🙂

I wanted to share some thoughts on a variety of subjects if you don’t mind
    – Some years ago I found this video that explains the logic behind UK’s electricity standards: https://youtu.be/UEfP1OKKz_Q
    – I try to use and iPad pro as my ‘daily driver’, with a mixed results due to the software limitations you mention. Thankfully, Apple graciously enables USB full access in August I think. Simply wait for the next OS update. If you don’t want to wait, you can download beta version and use the USB connection to transfer anything today. I am not an Apple fanboy, far from it. I use Windows whenever I can. I am also eying that ROG laptop you bought. It is a beauty. I have also seen reviews of a version III being released later this year which I might eventually get. If not, I will gladly have an official ONSUG laptop then 😀
    – It will be great to have you in Europe, it is a shame that you are not coming to Germany! I would love to host you two.
    – Consider getting EU sim card, mobile internet is quite cheap here (especially in Italy). If you get a sim card in one country, you can use it all over EU without roaming fees, which is great.
    – Collect your receipts for good purchased in EU. You can claim tax back on the airport. It is a very easy and quick process.

    Take care!
    BG

  2. Thanks Brazen! The British power plug video was very informative – it makes a lot more sense now.

My first test with the iPad releasing this episode was mostly successful – though takes a lot longer than my usual method.

Hopefully I’ll come to Berlin someday…
