Oswald was always owned by Universal and after Disney moved on, Walter Lantz, who later developed the Woody Woodpecker cartoons, did quite a few more Oswald cartoons. Disney was a terrible human despite his making great cartoons and films….. Quite an untalented, exploitive dictator who was good at smiling for the public.
