I’m pretty sure he is talking about the Drugstore Publicis, his location sounds confusing, but the glass walls, hangout description, drugstore that is not really a drugstore description sure sound like it. I haven’t been there or anything, just doing research because like you I am very hopeful to understand not only this, but the whole (paris 2) scene as well.
