Nightstation.org
An new experimental concept for a streaming station.
8-hour segments of audio, hosted from a “virtual studio,” each identified by a single-word title. The stream would be composed of a sequence of such segments.
The idea is for a station someone can tune into anytime where there is a host at the top meta-level talking about the shows being played.
I did the first segment today, “Pinecone”, which is playing on there now.
Just an experiment right now, we’ll see where it goes.

I did notice that while I’m streaming, the stat for listening still shows 0. Hmmm… wonder why?

Sounds like a really cool idea, and I like what I’ve heard so far! Frank you never stop to surprise us with new cool ideas delivered in a very unique way 🙂
I also have an android phone with a great app for streaming Shoutcast-stations, on which you can put shortcuts for your favorite stations on the phone’s desktop, so now Onsug is always just one click away on my android phone!
By the way the android app’s name is Xiialive if someone want to try it and add Frank’s show to listen everywhere 😉

Maybe good for android but does not seem to run on iPad so I guess same with iPhone?

I gave it a spin yesterday and again today. It’s addictive. You never know what you’re going to hear next. Frank, if you need more hosts, I’d love to try doing a shift myself.
