  4. Actually think you where a bit hard on the coffe maker people. Though the response you quoted sounded a bit poorly crafted (written a bit too fast by a non-native English speaker maybe?) I would interpret it to mean that the sticker should indeed be present on all new machines shipped from them and if it’s missing you need to discuss it with the store. Didn’t sound like a form letter anyway. I’ve seen a lot worse, like one support ticket I had with a company about a certain utility they provided not working properly under 64 bit Windows 7 and re-installing didn’t help, and they initially responded with a step-by-step guide on how to re-install it on a MAC…
