  2. I wouldn’t buy his hat either. That’s the kind of thing that should be in a museum; I’d feel guilty putting it on a shelf in my house. And if I owned it, something stupid would happen like I’d get ketchup on it or something.

After listening to this episode, I don’t think I’ll ever play the lottery again. Not that I played all that much before, just occasionally, but now I’m hoping to God that my wife never wins it!

$57,600 was the winning bid. See, you could have ended up paying much more than you needed to. C|:-=

  4. When regular people win huge jackpots in the lottery, it’s the same as when young athletes get a pro sports contract and receive millions of dollars overnight. These people grew up in modest conditions and never knew how to handle finances. Then suddenly they’re handed a check for millions of dollars. Their brains aren’t used it and can’t handle it. They go crazy.

These lottery jackpot winners and young athletes always get themselves in trouble and waste their money on foolish excess because they grew up in one extreme and suddenly went to the other extreme. They didn’t grow up with money and learn how to handle it in a healthy way.
