    Also, I think putting credence in the aurora conspiracy is offensive – imagine if one of your listeners had lost someone in the shooting.

  4. Brad, why is it offensive to explore alternate interpretations of “news” events?

    I know there is comfort in accepting the reality spun by the mass media. And I also realize that trying to dig deeper doesn’t really accomplish anything. But in my heart, I just can’t accept the mass media narrative. So I try and investigate and understand.

    Such intellectual exploration is anything but offensive. It is admirable.
