  1. enjoyed the show, l listen on the drive in and at work when possible. Usually at lunch I like to drive somewhere and listen to podcasts as well. always appreciative when i can find wifi out in wild. How’d the barbie foot turn out? Have you ever read the short story about Barbie from A.M. Holmes, interesting stuff. I bet super glue would work for her foot.

  2. Thanks, Chad! 🙂 Yeah, we put super glue on it and then bound the foot in a makeshift “cast.” We’re going to check it tomorrow.

And now Jackie is starting a Barbie Hospital… as she put it, “in case Dad accidentally hurts any more of the Barbies.” *sigh*

Haven’t read that short story, I don’t think, but have read some others by that author. One in particular stands out: it was about the Reagans (although I don’t think it names them specifically, but says the President and his wife) dealing with the onset of Ronald’s Alzheimer’s. It was a great story.
