Frank starts off on the bus on the morning, going to work on Christmas Eve during an ice storm, talking about how we fell on steps covered in ice a little earlier, injuring himself. Also, the movie “The Ice Storm”, analog copy protection, rental car lobby. Then, in NYC… buying Band-Aids at a drug store… taking the #7 train, Grand Central, buying cards, etc.
