Frank begins his journey on 3rd Ave. in Manhattan, taking some Alka-Seltzer Plus, then taking the E Train down to the World Trade Center, then to the World Financial Center, remembering the old days before 9/11, the espresso incident, PATH Train to Exchange Place in Jersey City, memories of long ago times at Harborside Financial Center, a visit to WFMU, the trip back to Manhattan, Cinnabon plans do not work out, Port Authority Bus Terminal, and going home.
