Freak Out is the only Zappa CD I own. It’s not bad; it grew on me after a couple of listens. I love Go Cry on Somebody Else’s Shoulder. Any recommendations for further Zappa stuff to seek out?

Since you started at the beginning, I would just follow the chronology. Absolutely Free is your next stop – a dizzying blend of classical, Motown, R & B, jazz, psychedelia, and doo wop. I sure wish I could hear all of these lps for the first time, again.
