Lots of goodness and weirdness in here but Uri Geller bending your state spoons via tv and his need to ‘repent’ will stay with me a long time. 🙂 I miss these Chadcasts. Snap it up and make some more please.

No matter what I do, I keep thinking of guacamole sandwiches.

I get locally baked sourdough, I toast it in my Black and Decker toaster, it is the finest oven in the world but is very expensive (about $40),
then I cut up two avocados, and chop them with the sides of two large spoons on a saucer. I grind pepper and grind salt into the mixture. I like to put just a bit too much salt, but less than I might put if I had no self control at all. I mix it up with the spoons and then spoon it onto the toasted bread.
Once you learn how to spread using a large spoon you will mock those that spread with a knife. Don’t be a knife spreader.
Important tip about toast:
After your bread comes out of the toaster you should balance it on its side or use a toast holder. If you fail to heed this advice and instead place the bread face down on a plate then condensation will form between your bread and the plate.
Another method to avoid this is by placing your salty chips on the plate and then lay the bread on top of the chips. I am talking about thin slices of fried potato when I say the word chips.

I like to toast breakfast breads as well. On breakfast items it is usually best to use the best Irish butter. They understand butter. Later in the day if I am having some form of savory toast, I will use a salted butter. Layla farms in Garland Texas makes a great salted butter which is hand churned. It really is true, like the rabbit says, “Only the best butter will do”. It can be used to lubricate the insides of pocket watches if required.

Chad I think I want to marry your mother or whoever taught you the basics of eating avocados and bread.
Also, I may need to invest in one of those B&D toasters.
