(18:19) A very creepy recording that was recorded in SE Georgia; first of all, I was with the recorder the whole time and heard none of the sounds on this recording except the demonic owl (at about 4:15) which was a very spooky moment and the other animals (dogs, roosters, crickets) and a falling pine cone or two. But the other spooky moment involved a very bright floating object that acted like a slow-motion hang-glider which I noticed about halfway through the recording. It had to have been over the ocean and it didn’t look like anything I recognize. Associated with this(?) are the odd tones picked up on the recording all the way through it. I had the recorder in the same place I recorded the other ambient sounds during this “Irma Project” that I am doing and the “tones” were inaudible to my ear and it was virtually quiet outside. So who knows what I recorded? When you listen to the audio (headphones suggested) keep in mind what is written here about the floating object. The whole experience was a surreal event. (Recorded 9/8/2017 at 05:40 EDT, I used a dead cat but there was no wind)
