The Shambleshow #57: Time Twisters and Balance Beams (8/11/12)

59:42 – My faulty memory, books I’ve read recently, Darrell Hammond autobiography, using notes to record monologue shows, forgot Wellbutrin, The Dark Knight Rises, movie theater tragedy, police officer, tomato soup, Summer Olympics, gymnastics, Gabby Douglas’s smile, commentators overdramatizing Olympic events, Michael Phelps, body image messages sent out by media, what do Olympic superstars do after the Games?, losing weight, The Time Twisters by J. Hunter Holly (spoilers included), Darrell Hammond’s childhood, cicadas, upcoming season of Doctor Who, Eccleston and Tennant eras, Steven Moffat’s dark fairy tale approach, overemphasis on timey-wimey complicated stories, what little I know about Series 7 (no spoilers because I really don’t know any apart from a couple of episode titles and name of the next companion), I can’t see the moon, episode lengths of my shows, Downtown Irony (ProleteR, Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivative Works 3.0). Theme song: Simple Pleasures (Henry Homesweet, Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 2.0 England & Wales).
