Site Hosting Issues – Update 5
We are on the new server, and things seem to be working!

Site Hosting Issues – Update 4
Unfortunately, the files were never transferred over to the new server – though it said they were being transferred. I contacted support and they said they will need to manually migrate the files.
I thought everything was fixed, but who knows what will happen on the new server.
