Hey Everybody, it’s Jimbo! – 184 Questions for Dave from Wisconsin!

wisconsin (34:13) The ONSUG is fortunate. Every now and then, someone really cool and well-rounded finds us. “Dave from Wisconsin” (aka Dave Duckert) found “Vic and Sade” YEARS before Jimbo did – but that led him to Jimbo and Jimbo led him to the ONSUG! Dave is lots of fun and is full of homespun humor and stories and has been a virtual staple on the Overnightscape Central for months now. Jimbo has put him under his hypnotic power to do his bidding in his attempt to control all of Obliviana!!! But for real, Jimbo is getting to know Dave just like you are. Ask him a few questions in the comment section if you want. The MK Ultra keyword phrase to activate Dave is “beef punkles”.

Jimbo asked Dave (and Dave’s special guests) about: “Vic and Sade” .. Old-time Radio .. practical jokes .. books that he enjoys .. “Leave it to Beaver” .. ONSUG (this is quite revealing) .. “Andy Griffith Show”

Mr. Duckert appears courtesy of Geffen Records and Sony Entertainment, I think. Be sure to pick up his double album he recorded with J.J.J.J. Stunbolt and a small lad from Stinging Springs, Oklahoma.

Tape Land 22 – ABM (circa March 1986)

17:09 – Welcome to Tape Land! On each episode, I will be presenting the audio of a cassette tape from my collection. It’s a way to help motivate me to digitize more of my archives.

More of my college radio show Anything But Monday. This tape has no date written on it, but seems to be from around March 1986. It’s the latter portion of the show – the first part may be on another tape…

Notes: David Van Tieghem, jokes, Sniglets, Weekly World News, baby bigfoot, house bat management PSA, microphone comes off, waiting for Carson, late for class, another radio station bleeds through.
