Mike – Yes, lotteries are supposed to help things, but if you look at the states that have em?? I see no money going to education or anything other than the people who print and sell the things, which in the end, make poor people, poorer. There has to be a better way than baiting the poor into spending money on lottery tickets to enhance education or anything in a state. Gambling is really a bad deal to any economic system.
