  2. Nice one Brendan.

By the way, am I the only Irish ONSUG listener who actually lives in Ireland? :0

  3. Brendan, I listened to the last half hour of this today. Was fascinating, the bit about listening to podcasts at religous events. Are they really 8 hours long, or is that just the Irish exaggeration thing that the other ninety five billion of us do all the time? ;0

Seriously, appreciate your honesty throughout about the ups and downs of life thoughout this recording. Life in your town sounds suspiciously similar to what it’s like here in Athy, County Kildare, except you can’t get a decen curry here. Believe me, I’ve tried all the chippers. Nobody does curried chips like they do them in Bray (where I’ve lived twice).

Thanks Frank for publishing this, and keeping us Irish folk in touch with our ex-pats.

  4. Thanks fellow Irishmen! Are you still in Ireland, Eddie? And have you considered resuming your podcast? Future eps of ‘Brendan Rambles’ will be posted to http://brambles.podomatic.com.

  5. Neal, usually 9.30-4.30 6 days a year, spread out a little. Btw, I grew up near Johnstownbridge, so technically I’m a Kildare man too.
