What a nightmare. I hope Ashley Furniture learned their lesson about potential fraud, customer service, delivery courtesy, delivery quality, furniture quality, scheduling, and all that stuff there – but they probably didn’t. A great story; I listened while cooking lunch. 🙂
I hope you sit down and record a few more stories for us, I really enjoy them.

Thanks Jimbo. Yes the nightmare still is going on. I will be visiting the company offices tomorrow. More Special Deliveries will be coming.
