  1. Frank, I looked through some of your old show notes and was looking if you had ever talked about “New York Style” pizza and couldn’t find anything. I would be interested to hear you speak about that style and also about NYC’s water supply, which foodies say is the secret to the special crust.

    Have you had “Chicago Style” pizza and if so, did you enjoy it? 🙂

    Also, is there a noticeable difference in the water taste between NYC and NJ?
