My calm place is the front porch.
I liked the earlier Simon albums and enjoyed his work with Garfunkel but oddly, his work that you like just didn’t do it for me.
Aw, thanks for the Jimbo plug! 🙂
I could tell you are a little stressed. I hope it gets better for you. Here comes an airplane!

My calm place is the back porch. Very, very different from Jimbo’s calm place… 😀
Sitting on a park bench when it’s quiet and the weather is pleasing is extremely relaxing to me.
Actually, these days anywhere with no crowds is good.
Handling stress: Over the past year I’ve gotten myself to a state in my life where I can deal with stress by utilizing a complex system of denial and retreat. Denial that anything bad is happening or is going to happen; retreat into my own imagination and fantasies. I recommend it heartily.
