The concepts you mention at the beginning really made me think of reading “A Separate Reality” by Carlos Castaneda. Especially, when you said, “push reality in way you wouldn’t normally”. That statement made me recall a particularly confusing part of the book and, seemingly simultaneously, understand it in a new and different way. Thanks, Frank.

what you hear the guy says is “What up fam” which is an urban term for family, growing up in the bronx i heard this a lot.
