This is a follow-up comment to one I posted recently elsewhere, in response to what I though was Brendan’s final recording. That comment said “Aw”. It was a single syllable, but it conveyed centuries of disappointment and tragedy at the ending of a series of audio that I had been appreciating.
It’s possible that I also, in my own mind, blamed our country’s potato famine on the ending of that series. That may have been an overreaction.
However, I’m glad he’s back.
