I have to admit, the Keller/Borden bit is pretty damn funny.

Message to Frank Edward Nora: we are respectfully requesting ambient NYC recordings!
And if you can pick up some sounds of irate cab drivers yelling at each other, or cops asking hot dog vendors when they last saw murder victims, that would be perfect. ðŸ˜

Helen Keller was born near Muscle Shoals Alabama and may be indirectly responsible for the Muscle Shoals sound, particularly their famous rhythm section. Her mother was a direct relative of General Robert E Lee and a member of the Socialist party. The family being of Swiss extraction came to Alabama by way of Massachusets. Alexander Graham Bell worked with Mrs. Keller during her early research into methods of alternative communication included electrical stimulation and electronic methods of vibrational amplification. The big leap for Mrs. Keller came when she learned to understand that individually experience phenomena had symbolic names and could be learned and used to communicate those concepts to others. This abstraction of reality enabled people to reference ideas, events, and things outside of real-time.
