28:40 – Bushfires have engulfed Sydney for more than a week now, so it was a relief and joy to wander around back in Melbourne on a business trip with blue skies, even if only for a couple of days! Talking about the inevitable comparisons between Sydney and Melbourne, Stanley Kubrick-inspired data centres, health nonsense about Kombucha, tree-lined streets, and wishing for a Ricoh GR III pocket camera. Rubin,
Very disturbing to hear about the air quality there. I hope you are staying in filtered environments as much as possible. This should be a national crisis where everyone stays in filtered indoor air. I know that is not practical, but I hope you can stay out of the pollution. Scary stuff. Stay well.

Thanks Chad, really appreciate it :). The same thing seems to happen in California and the western parts of the US too, it’s pretty scary!
Clara and I are staying indoors as much as possible; we’re lucky that we have a HEPA filter on our air conditioner at home.
