  1. Ed, what’s your opinion on pre-moistened “flushable” wipes as an alternative to soap and water? Fully acceptable, or merely half-assed?

  3. Unsolicited opinion: I googled how flushable those flushable wipes are and got out of the habit. I now usually wet the toilet paper, sometimes adding baby oil gel to increase the fortitude of such a method. You’re welcome for the pro-tip.

  4. That’s why I put “flushable” in scare-quotes. The occasional flushed wipe is probably harmless, but too many may lead to clogs.
