Re: Dawn Treader: Actually, having just read the book before I saw the movie, the book was actually LESS complicated than the book. They added the quest for the swords as a motivation for conquering the final conflict. The Dark Island and the Sea Serpent were in the book, but in different parts. They were not a final conflict in the book. The movie tied them all together, in a way that was more cinematic.
Having read the book, I really enjoyed the movie.

Thanks for the note Brian, my wife saw it again and liked the movie more the second time. I like the fantasy of it, but the series falls short of others.
