I am on track with you on the newbies you were training, everybody wants the cushey job, but don’t want to put in the time, and even with time it’s still a hard job, you just get acclimated to it.

Manny, good episode. I too am very tired of this winter. Here in northern NJ, we’ve received 7 feet of snow in the last 31 days. Just giving your listeners some perspective so they don’t think you’re whining. And ease up on the gas pedal. The more aggressive you drive, the more fuel you burn and the faster you wear out your brake pads. 🙂
