On kids tv themes, I think there ar still very catchy themes in kids tv, most of the new Disney tween shows are pretty catchy, not totally my taste but still catchy. Nickelodeon also still has very catchy tunes on it’s newer shows as well. Again most of these are tween type shows. In recent past the Rugrats theme I so catchy I wish I could forget it. There is also a lot of music in the Backyardigans which is for younger kids.
I think that these aren’t classic, at least yet, but think they will be to my kids just like the ones you mentioned are to me and you.
