  1. FLUBBER!! Lobby Cards were made for just about every movie well into the 1970s… Fun obscure collectible power objects of joy! Another fine transmission!

  2. Notes:

    i mentioned the 5 cinnemechanica projectors but failed to explain that the 6th projector was a convertible Century unit run from platter, convertible because it could be switched with a few hours work to show 70mm film instead of the normal 35mm.

    Also, theatre one at Dauphin 6, was a silver screen which was the first choice for showing blue/red 3d.

  3. Finally got around to listening to the show tonight on my route. Great episode! Made me super nostalgic for my first job as an usher when I was 16. Can’t say I had as great of an experience, though — I worked for a Carmike Dollar Theater, if you can imagine. It had its high points, but mostly it was just trying to overcompensate for the incompetant folks who would come to work stoned and/or drop their gum in the popcorn hopper. Keep it up!
