  1. FEN: PINBALL!!!

Fun synchronicity – Jacob is now getting into “Tommy,” something that has always been huge in my life. I used to listen to the original Who album back when I was 4 years old, and very vividly remember seeing the film in the theatre around that age, and I think the musical is great. So now I’ve passed on one of my childhood obsessions on to my son…

And what’s at the heard of this rock opera? PINBALL, of course! ;^)

  3. Thanks Eddie. There is some poem that i have forgotten, but the key was: Perhaps a little brain damage is therapeutic.
btw, Lost the Plot is my new favorite slang, hadn’t heard that before. 🙂

  4. I don’t envy you attempting to explain the Ken Russell ‘Tommy’ to anyone, much less Jacob… My bandmate claims to have been traumatized by Tina Turner’s performance. Trivia I forgot to use: When plotting the recording of the ‘Happy Happy Joy Joy’ song, for the classic ‘Stimpy’s Invention’ cartoon, Spumco made great attempts to contact Burl Ives to sing it.

  5. Nightstation continues. I’m working on a patch this afternoon when I leave work. Keep the dream alive!

  6. Chad. I greatly enjoyed that river of interlocking wisdoms, prescriptions, images and absurdities.
