The Overnightscape Underground – May 2009 – Track 3

“Your Late Night Broadcast” online at onsug.com
Created by Frank Edward Nora (frank@theovernightscape.com) in New Jersey, USA
——————————
Frank meets Peter in Basking Ridge, NJ and sees his new car for the first time. They go to Edison, NJ so that Peter can play a part in a movie by Lordi Films. Then they drive to Devon, Pennsylvania, to meet up with Bryan and Shayne. On the drive, Frank plays with Peter’s XM Radio. They review some “Pepsi Throwback”,  play some “The Lord of the Rings”, go to an Indian and a Japanese restaurant, Bryan talks about hypnosis, Peter talks about Teen Challenge, and then Frank and Peter get a little lost on the drive back, even with a GPS system. And of course, a whole lot more stuff happens in-between the stuff mentioned here.

  1. Picard definitely better. I loved Star Trek The Next Generation, and never got into the original series, because it sucks.

  2. Great audio trip! Went on the Lordi films website and saw they have some DVDs for sale. I look forward to watching the movies, especially the ones with you and Peter.

I have a 2007 Honda Civic that has the on-board navigation like Peter’s Honda does. I love it! The only thing I don’t use in the car is the talking feature. It’s slow and I don’t like talking in a computer voice to my car. Hopefully that will improve with time.

It was difficult to follow the board game play but I enjoyed the conversations. Thanks for sharing your adventurous day 🙂
