The Pro from Dover – 02 (7/19/12)

1:02:30 - Installment 2 of the Pro from Dover series features audio responses to PQ’s latest Bug Out episode and the debut of Mike’s awesome Twin Peaks Adventure project. There’s also a very dubious chain of coincidental connection drawn between Scarecrow from Wizard of Oz to Henry Spencer of Eraserhead via Dick Van Dyke’s brother Jerry. Also discussed are steganography, animated GIFs, roller derby, The Goldbergs, and Google + Hangouts.

  1. Enjoyed this transmission very much. It seems to me that you fit into the onsug vibe quite well.

The whole thing about Twin Peaks…..I am a long time fan of David Lynch and yet have not watched Twin Peaks (other than bits and pieces). I got the pilot today. Would like to catch up and watch along with Midnight Citizen but am about to leave on a trip. I saw Blue Velvet in the theatre when it came out and can still remember the sensations of anticipation I felt during the opening titles. I went in knowing nothing but could tell immediately I was about to experience something of a revelation.
