Re football/soccer, the English Premier League plays its season from August until May. Also, we do call football soccer here in the UK – the term originates here as, apparently, an abbreviation of sorts for ‘Association Football’, (which is, strictly speaking, the correct name for the game, so as to distinguish it from ‘Rugby Football’, which is a completely diferent game!).
Kevin Mcleod’s freepd.com site was actually how I found ONSUG, when I was searching for some public domain music to use on some home videos – I followed the links to the MCS, then eventually to ONSUG. Btw, thanks for the Midnight Cassette System Frank – tracks from it feature on several of my home movies now!
