A complete, unedited cassette recording from September 18, 1999 in New Jersey called “These Black Cars” . Frank gets lost driving over to the Rockaway Townsquare Mall to meet his friend Peter. At the mall, he finds Peter and friends doing a “Mini Car Show”. Then they head over to an “Oktoberfest” celebration, which Frank is not too enthusiastic about. Finally, Frank talks about this project “Obliviana” while driving home.
