By releasing a song under a Creative Commons license, an artist gives permission for the song to be re-distributed on a non-commercial compilation like this.
This is a set of fantastic songs, and I hope it increases awareness of the high quality of Creative Commons music available today. I feel that Creative Commons is a much healthier form of copyright for our society, moving forward.
