The archive of The Overnightscape Underground is current, up to the end of February 2013.

The Lo-fi Archive (formerly known as Pocket Overnightscape) (43.1 GB) is the same set of tracks as the main archive, but converted to lo-fi 24kbps mono MP3s. It can be downloaded loose or as ZIPs.

Overnightscape Handbook 97 is a PDF that contains detailed information about the archive.

I’m also working on:

Pocket Overnightscape (formerly known as New Pocket Overnightscape) – a reorganization of the archive to make it easier to find each show. It is current up to the end of October 2012. The site right now is a simple file browser and audio player, and is a work in progress. I am currently working on this project, with a new version that includes everything up to the end of February 2013.

Other Side Cask 1 is a collection of all the Other Sides from  January and February 2013.

Other Sides are unique collections of obscure audio and music. Each one was originally released as part of an Overnightscape episode. Here, they are collected on their own. Turn it on and listen all night long…

The Paunch Stevenson Show – I’m working on adding all the episodes to the Onsug Archive. And also, I plan on posting the all the new shows here on Onsug, starting with the next episode, number 211.

The Overnightscape Underground Archive (on archive.org) contains 4,491 tracks, totaling over 160 days of audio, and 192 GB of data.

Pocket Overnightscape is the same exact archive at a lower bitrate to save space, currently at 39.3 GB.

The current archive is organized by month, which means it’s been very difficult to isolate a specific show – until now! I’ve spent a lot of time sorting through the files to come up with the new version of Pocket Overnightscape, which is now fully organized.

I’ve created a new website with a built-in file browser to explore the archive, and download files. This browser also lets you listen to the tracks. Go to:

This is just a temporary interface, but it works quite well (except for a few bugs) and it allow you to see an overview of the entire archive. In the future I’d like to create something similar but with more features.

Overnightscape Handbook 90 PDF – the ultimate guide to The Overnightscape Underground!

This Friday, 9/28/12, I’ll be returning to radio station WMNJ at Drew University for the almuni weekend to revive the Anything But Monday Show with Mad Mike for one night. We did our first broadcast way back on Feb. 17, 1986, and it’s been a long strange 26+ year trip for ABM since then.
