All the audio tracks on the site were released under the Creative Commons Attribution 2.0 license, which means that you can do pretty much what you want with the audio as long as you give credit to those who created it. There were 113 “featured songs” on the site, and a much greater number of songs “in progress”. Even though the site has shut down, the music from the site is still under the same license – which allows the songs to be re-released here in The Overnightscape Underground!
