Little Frankie Nora combines synthesizers, television sets, things stolen from work, sundry metal objects, old recordings, and other obscure and unpopular devices to create the disruptive sound that is his trademark. At the mall, he finds Peter and friends doing a “Mini Car Show”. Then they head over to an “Oktoberfest” celebration, which Frank is not too enthusiastic about. Finally, Frank talks about this project “Obliviana” while driving home.
