43:29 – Recorded December 16, 2011.
My son Jacob’s latest obsession has been “Little Shop of Horrors” – the Off Broadway soundtrack, the movie, different performance clips on YouTube, you name it! So my wife Melanie and I surprised him with an early Hanukkah gift – we took him to the Repertory Company High School for the Theatre Arts, where they did a performance of the show! When the cast heard that we came in from Passiac to see it just because he loves the show, they had the director bring us backstage so they could meet him! Listen along to our adventure – one he’ll treasure for the rest of his life! (Includes a couple vintage TV commercials from the original Broadway show!)

40:31 – Recorded September 25, 2011.
It’s been two years since I started my “rampling,” and I’m ready to start Year Three!
I’ve been exceptionally busy lately, working a lot at my acting gig at Kaplan, video shoots, parades, substitute teaching and officiating weddings. Here I drive down the New Jersey Turnpike on my way to a wedding, where I have noticed a major-scale construction project, which includes about 7 overpasses that don’t seem to lead to anything – mostly into woods and housing developments, with no road at either end. I worked in my son’s school, my wife went back to work. Crazy things have been happening lately – my son lost his hearing aid, my iPod went on the fritz, the car battery died… almost like Mercury Retrograde, or is it because my energy is off from being so exhausted? Long time Friends of ONSUG Brandon General and JB Reed have a brand new music project – The Human Orchestra – listen to 5 of their tracks from their upcoming EP due out soon! Includes the track, “On With The Show,” courtesy of Brandon General.

31:42 – Recorded June 18 & 26, 2011.
It’s been a while – been keeping really busy between taking care of my wife, who is currently on bed rest, the boy, who just finished Kindergarten, a busy work schedule, “The Miracle Man” progress and other projects. I didn’t even have time to do post production until a few days after recording this…
In this episode, I take you along on two interesting gigs – first a long bus ride up to Lake George, NY – a great resort town where I march in a huge Fireman’s convention parade with the Tappan Zee Bridgemen, then a long drive south to Wildwood, NJ where I officiated a wedding. Topics include multiple units of the band, Six Flags Great Escape, marginal placenta previa, changing the baby’s “due” date, Jacob Celebrity Fashion Show and the Boys & Girl’s Club, camping in Wildwood in 1989, had a video gig in Queens, drove through 4 out of the 5 boroughs of New York City, scouting the beach, Ontario license plates in Wildwood, enormous Ferris wheel, The Skyscraper, don’t go to Seaside, finding a fenced pathway up a sand dune, Jacob’s iPod Touch takes better pictures than my phone, waiting to hear back from a famous actor for “The Miracle Man,” putting investment documents together, a brief review of the latest CD from “Weird Al” Yankovic, “Alpocalypse,” I may start a new regularly published podcast on the Law of Attraction.

Just kidding, of course. Today we take a look at how Harold Camping “creatively” came up with this date as Judgment Day, grocery shopping, my son’s new iPod & my “new” G5 and the saga of my blood sugar.
