50:39 – Another trawl through pop culture obscurities, in which we uncover the depressing reality behind seventies British sex comedies, celebrate those unsung heroes of TV and film – the supporting players and character actors, watch London destroyed by a man in a lizard suit, explore the commodification of freedom, before looking at those non-racist racists we all know. All this and more, including:

Adventures of a Taxi Driver (1976) excerpt ¦ Adventures in Smut ¦ Adventures of a Plumber’s Mate (1978) excerpt ¦ More Adventures in Smut ¦ Adventures of a Taxi Driver opening and closing theme ¦ Eugene Deckers ¦ Random Movie Trailer – Gorgo (1961) ¦ Forgotten Film: Mister Freedom (1968) ¦ Adventures of a Private Eye (1977) excerpt (featuring Christopher Neil and Diana Dors) ¦ Sex Ban? ¦ The Spook Who Sat By the Door (1973) trailer ¦ ‘I’m Not Racist, But…’
